Alex hails from the modest seaside village of Virginia Beach, Virginia. His inspiration to learn music came from an eclectic blend of classic Prog Rock, Celtic folk albums, and 90's metal. He attended Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production. While balancing studies and career, his musical endeavors have brought collaborations with a truly wide variety of artists in Boston and Nashville. He has performed live and in the studio with folk artist Dylan Laine, RnB/Rock phenomenon Marc Evan Diaz, Nashville songwriter Mark Henry, Benjamin Rupe of Swingin Hammers, rock/metal act Accelerated Age, Doug Makuta of MAKUTA, and a full-length album and numerous tours with the Boston-based Technical Death Metal frenzy Replacire. His dedication to musical versatility has proven a valuable tool in the music industry. He currently enjoys playing bass for Nashville artists, frying eggs and traveling.
